1. Payment

We accept;

  1. PayPal
  2. Credit Card such as VISA, MASTER CARD via PayPal system

※ Bank Transfer is not accepted.

2. Shipping Method

Mainly we use EMS for all stuffs except over size stuff or non-covered area of EMS.
In case of over size stuff or non-covered area of EMS, we use DHL instead.

All of reels are free shipping to all world country.
Over size rod more than 150cm length will be charged 3,000 JPY for the special packing to protect the quality.
The shipping cost for accessories such as Lure, Line, Hooketc… will be calculated automatically by our shopping cart system.
If you buy Accessories together with Reel, free shipping can be applied until the total weight becomes certain weight.

After shipped out of EMS or DHL, we will send you the tracking number for your trace.

  • Fishing Rod to Russia
    Over 150cm length cannot be shipped to Russia due to the regulation of transport company.
    In case of under 149cm including packing, we can ship to Russia by EMS.
  • Shipping to Italy
    Your "codicefiscale" is necessary for correct delivery.
    Please write your codicefiscale in the comment column of the payment form.

3. Shipping Insurance

We insure for all EMS shipping.
In case of lost, the value on the package invoice will be compensated.
For DHL, we don’t insure or can take out with extra cost that depends on customer’s request.

4. Custom Duty

Import duty/tax is not included in our price or shipping cost.
The tariff percentage is different that depends on the country, please contact to your custom for further information.

5. Product Warranty and Repair

Please be noted all JDM tackles has not warranty except Fishing Rod and Electric Reel.
If you would like you to repair your Reel at original manufacturing service center, you can send the Reel to us so that we can forward it and send you back as soon as repair is done.
For the repair cost / overhaul cost, also in case of Fishing Rod or Electric Reel with warranty card, please contact to us for further information;

6. Return Policy

In case of your intention to cancel the goods.

  1. If you would like to return the goods, please contact to us within 7 days after receiving the goods.
  2. Used item is not possible to return.
  3. Packing condition should be selling condition.
  4. You have to pay the shipping cost to return.
  5. We will refund the money after receiving the returning goods and confirmed the condition.

In case of defected goods

  1. We are checking the quality/function one by one before shipping, however if something problem is happened during the transportation or some other reasons, please send back the goods to us.
  2. Send back the goods by EMS and tell us the tracking number and EMS postage you paid.
  3. We will arrange new shipping as soon as recognized your EMS tracking number in the post office data, and refund the EMS postage to you.
