2. Shipping Method
Shipping work is during Monday - Thursday.
We are closed for the shipping work during Friday - Sunday, therefore next shipping date placed order during this period, next shipping date will be on next Monday.
Mainly we use EMS for all stuffs except over size stuff or non-covered area of EMS.
In case of over size stuff or non-covered area of EMS, we use DHL instead.
All of reels and rods are free shipping to all world country.
The shipping cost for accessories such as Lure, Line, Hook etc... will be calculated automatically by our shopping cart system.
If you buy Accessories together with Reel or Rod, free shipping can be applied until the total weight becomes certain weight.
After shipped out of EMS or DHL, we will send you the tracking number for your trace.
- Fishing Rod to Russia
Over 150cm length cannot be shipped to Russia due to the regulation of transport company.
In case of under 149cm including packing, we can ship to Russia by EMS.
- Shipping to France
Considering many troubles of EMS service in France, we prefer to use DHL.

The tariff percentage is different that depends on the country, please contact to your custom for further information.
5. Product Warranty and Repair
Please be noted all JDM tackles has not warranty except Fishing Rod and Electric Reel.
If you would like you to repair your Reel at original manufacturing service center, you can send the Reel to us so that we can forward it and send you back as soon as repair is done.
For the repair cost / overhaul cost, also in case of Fishing Rod or Electric Reel with warranty card, please contact to us for further information;
6. Return Policy
In case of your intention to cancel the goods.
- If you would like to return the goods, please contact to us within 14 days after receiving the goods.
- Used item is not possible to return.
- Packing condition should be selling condition.
- You have to pay the shipping cost to return.
- We will refund the money after receiving the returning goods and confirmed the condition.
In case of defected goods
Below steps for the case of defective;
- Send back the defective product to us by EMS/DHL.
- Tell us the EMS/DHL tracking number and the postage fee you paid.
- As soon as recognized the tracking number on the database, we will refund you the whole amount of the product with paying the postage fee you paid.
- Please buy again your necessary product newly.
