3. Shipping Time
Your order will be shipped out within 3 business days (some items will be 1 week).
Shipping work is only during Monday - Thursday.
We are closed for the shipping work during Friday - Sunday and public holiday in Japan, therefore next shipping date placed order during this period, next shipping date will be on next opening day.
4. Shipping Method
Our regular shipping method to US is Fedex and DHL for other countries.
Shipping cost will be calculated automatically by the shopping cart.
Reels are free shipping to your country, however some countries where need extra cost for the delivery and oversize package, additional cost will be charged.
If you buy accessories together with Reel, free shipping can be applied until the total weight becomes certain weight.
Rods are including the basic shipping cost. In case of over length package, oversize charge will be added.
After shipped out, we will send you the tracking number for your trace.
※ Rod is not possible to combine with other items. The shipping must be individually.
※ Our service is only for oversea market.
※ We cannot deliver to domestic address in Japan.
5. Shipping Insurance
We don't insure or we can take out with extra cost that depends on customer's request.
6. Custom Duty
Import duty/tax is not included in our price or shipping cost.
The tariff percentage is different that depends on the country, please contact to your local Fedex/DHL for further question about Tariff.
We don't accept any claim about import tax at the importer side.
7. Product Warranty and Repair
Please be noted the official warranty is invalid for exported stuffs by third party like our store. (All of JDM tackles except some DC reels and electric reels has not warranty even in Japan.)
For the repair or supplying spare parts, we can help you that depends on the case.
Please kindly keep in mind the spare parts are placing on order as this is not our regular stock, therefore any cancellation is not acceptable regarding to the spare parts.
8. Return Policy
In case of your intention to cancel the goods;
- If you would like to return the goods, please contact to us within 14 days after receiving the goods.
- Used item is not possible to return.
- Packing condition should be selling condition.
- You have to pay the shipping cost to return.
- We will refund the money after receiving the returning goods and confirmed the condition.
In case of defected goods or lost package;
Don't worry, we will responsible your order until you received correct goods.
Please contact in the membership messenger so that we will guide you how to proceed next step.
